Refund policy
The OutWest Golf brand is our commitment to quality apparel and affordable pricing that puts you on the tee box more often.
We think you'll be thrilled with everything we send to your door, but if you think there's a problem with your order, please begin a return within 30 days of receiving your item(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (usually an email).
Please note that pop up or flash sales run by OutWest are NOT eligible events to return or exchange items for a discount.
In an effort to keep our prices as low as possible, OutWest offers the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you may be subject to a higher shipping/handling fee later at the rates that we require on the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return. Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies.

If your return is approved, you'll need to pack and send your items using the provided shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders, including orders containing custom embroidery, are not eligible for return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Store Credit
In some cases, we may issue store credit instead of a refund for returned items which don't meet our return criteria. Cases like returned items missing tags or damaged/dirty items may result in issuance of store credit.
