How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We want you to get that gear you have been waiting for, so our fulfillment team typically sends out packages within 24 - 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). If your order includes custom embroidery, it may take up to 14 business days to process. After your order has been shipped, delivery time is based on your selected shipping method: 

Ground shipping: 5-7 business days
Priority shipping: 3 business days
Overnight shipping: Next business day
International shipping: 5-10 business days

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email notification with tracking info. Note that we cannot be responsible for delays in shipping once picked up by the carrier. 

Any packages shipped back to OutWest Golf as a Return To Sender due to an incorrect shipping address will be subject to a $10 Return To Sender Fee to cover reshipment costs. The customer will be notified of said return by a customer support representative, the delivery address will be re-confirmed, and the Return To Sender Fee will be invoiced and be made payable through the original payment method.
